HELIOT EMIL offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging with security tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Initiate Request
Access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original industrial packaging and ensure all designer tags and safety seals remain attached to prevent rejection.
Shipment
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the parcel to our Copenhagen distribution center.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our team will inspect the garments for authenticity and condition before issuing a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
